“The Future in Aerospace Machining”
Lunch & Learn: Presentation and Tour of Mazak USA’s Aerospace Technology Center

A&D Forum Meeting in Gardena, CA on June 8

Manufacturing today is fast-paced – every minute of production affects the bottom line. To be competitive, shops must achieve efficient use of leading edge technology backed by comprehensive service and support that ensures machines are performing at their best. Operators must also be well-trained so that they can optimize each machine’s capabilities.

Please join us on Thur, June 8, 10:00am-1:00pm at Mazak’s Western Region Aerospace Technology Center in Gardena, when we will be provided with a presentation on “The Future of Manufacturing”. After the presentation, we will tour their facility where you will see the latest advancements in milling, turning, 5-axis and Multi-Tasking technologies in action. This tour will show how production can be taken to even higher levels and will cover topics such as complementary technologies, like work-holding techniques and how to securely connect equipment to the internet.

The event is free for A&D Forum members and $40 for non-members ($30 Early Bird until May 31). For more information and to register to attend go to http://adfsbjun17.eventbrite.com. Registration closes at 12pm on June 6.
