Thank you for contributing a new discussion. You will initiate a discussion as a “post” on this WordPress site.
Your Member user name will show up with your post. If you wish to add any media to your post such as a PDF, photo or Word document, please send it by email to addmedia@aerospacedefenseforum.org Please include the name of the post that you created. Your post is being submitted for review so it will not instantly appear.
You can tell you are logged in, because a grey stripe will appear across the top of the site, with a Howdy, your user name on the right side.
If you are not already logged onto the site click on Member Log-in in second bar of the blue navigation bars at the top of the site.
Your Member sign-in screen will appear.
You set your Member Name and Password when you registered for the site. If you have forgotten, just click forgot password and enter your email address to reset your password. You will get an email with your user name.
To begin your discussion post hover on the word “new”. The word “post” will appear. Click on that.
You can now write directly on your page.
At the top of the post where it says “enter title here”, please name this post with a short version of your discussion topic.
In the content section below that, please add an explanation of your topic.
If you wish to add links to an external site, write the words you wish to link to, mouse over them and then click on the link icon and enter your link. You will see that you can also link to existing content on the site. Please check the box that says “open the link in a new window/tab”.
If you wish to add reference media for your discussion post, you will be sending it to us by email. Please send a PDF, photo or Word document that you wish included with your post by email to addmedia@aerospacedefenseforum.org Please include the name of the post that you created. Please note this is not an automated procedure and may take a few days.
Please note that JPG’s and photos should be no larger than 600 pixels across and no heavier than 150K. If you can have access to a “save for web” function for your JPG or photo, please use it.
Please choose a category for your post. This should be “Discussions”
As you work you should click “Save Draft”. When you are done, hit “Submit for Review”.
We will take care of the areas below your post. You can ignore those.
