Since 2008, rough economic times have hit countries and organizations across the globe, forcing them to adopt creative solutions to continue to grow. Many other companies didn’t even make it through the tumult. In contrast, Pelican Products grew nearly 200% in the six years 2006 – 2011.
Please join us on Thursday, November 1, 2012, 7:30 am – 9:00 am, when Lyndon Faulkner, President and CEO, Pelican Products, Inc. will explain how Pelican achieved that phenomenal growth during very challenging times. Lyndon will also provide an overview of the strategies and the thinking behind them. Citing case studies, he will explain the basics of finding new applications for current products, entering new markets, expanding geographic presence, and acquisitions. He will also discuss how Pelican, as a predominantly B2B company, successfully made the difficult transition into the consumer market by implementing fundamental changes in its marketing and distribution.
