With President Obama elected for his second four year term, it is expected that the Administration’s export control reform initiatives will be realized.

He will also explore how mergers and acquisition activities may be impacted by reviews and investigations conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and what enforcement areas might be targeted by the Justice Department and the Securities Exchange Commission with respect to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
