“The Super Supply Chain is Coming”
Orange County Chapter meeting on January 7
(live webstream available)
The most recent innovation of the Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association (“MAMA”) is the Aggregate Demand Model (ADM) for primes and top-tier systems integrators. By analyzing short and long range demand by material, process and/or service, the ADM ensures MAMA members are able to collaborate to create the most efficient supply chain, each link contributing the value-add of their unique core competence, thereby delivering unrivaled value and cost savings.
Please join us in Irvine on Thursday, January 7, 2016, 7:30am – 9:00am PDT (networking at 7:00am), when Gavin Brown, Executive Director of MAMA, will discuss what the ADM is, its benefits, and how to go about setting one up. He will also report on the implementation of this approach in the forming of a super supply chain by linking MOMA and the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance (PNAA) to take out costs.
The meeting is free for A&D Forum members and $40 for non-members ($30 Early Bird until December 31). You may also attend via the web for free. Click here to register to attend the meeting
