Please join us in Valencia, CA, on Thursday, October 17, 7:30am–9:00am (breakfast and networking at 7:00am), when Brian Williams (panel moderator) (CEO, Shimtech Industries), Steve Moon (Managing Director and Co-Head of Aerospace Defense, Duff & Phelps), Steve Perry (CEO and Managing Director, Janes Capital Partners), and Erik Choy (Director, Keystone Capital Markets) have an insightful conversation on the current environment for the sale and acquisition of SoCal A&D businesses, involving both private equity firms and strategic buyers and sellers.
